Use Grass Knot until he falls.

If he uses Hail, counter with Sunny Day. If he uses an Ice attack, heal with Giga Drain. If he tries Toxic, throw out a weak Substitute (say, 5HP) to absorb it/them.

Move: Grass Knot, Gross Knot, Grass Knot
Sub: Sunny Day (@ Hail), Substitute (@ Toxic), Giga Drain (@ Ice Beam/Avalanche/Blizzard)

Well now. As the waterworld is left behind, we get dropped on a strange planet. 'Stoise takes a look around, hrm. Nothing unusual, just a few leaves to jump off of and a slanted ledge over there...ok. His opponent falls from the sky, a Cradily!

::Grumbles to himself as he runs on the field, trying to tilt Naval up, and curses aloud. Naval looks down, unsure what he just landed on::

-.- Until Cradily is defeated, we're stuck on this stage cause it landed on the damn stage changer! Uurgh whatever.

Naval kinda just... looks away from me and towards Blastoise, whom is already firing off his first attack! I barely jump off the leaf in time to watch it shake all over the place, Naval merely going for the ride. As the Earthquake subsides (and as I latch onto a little-Pikmin ship), Naval makes those leaves that act as platforms wrap around Blastoise, and slam him on his back, squeezing the life out of him. Stoise struggles, but his bonds are not yet freed.

Unsure what may happen to him if he dosen't act, Blastoise aims his cannons at Naval and charges them up. Icy energy begins to build from it, and with a wide shot, a Blizzard rush is produced! Naval instantly stops commanding the flora, and reaches out ethereally to Blastoise, establishing a link. Blastoise begins to fall to his knees again as his life is being Drained from him at a Giga rate.

The hefty tortoise falls, leaving a very cold and angry Naval.
