who is jay? lol the one sam's friends with? because i don't ever recall a jay.

It's the Jay that used to work at Goldenrod Tower in AC/CC, but he's re-registered a lot under several different usernames, the way he makes his posts on here seems to give him away, as I highly doubt he'll be able to fool anyone with another one of his "disguises" on here again.
