I'm going to wait until a mod approves them, but until then I will not allow them in this battle. Even if a mod says they can, this battle will be exempt from that rule. It's only fair, seeing as Cleffa can actually learn Swift from the NYCPC, yet I reffed it as though she couldn't learn it.

Would be nice if they can, though, since Sneasel learns Moonlight from the NYCPC...I think if I ever go to NYC again that I must visit the PC there...

However, Pichu learning Surf is from Box, not NYCPC, and I don't know if they're banned or not. A mod or experienced player will have to inform me.

The Pokemon Center has been renovated and much of the content has been removed to make way for Nintendo World. I don't know why, but it was very upsetting. Anyways, don't bother looking for The Pokemon Center, since it no longer exists in the USA.
