Stare out at the great dark sky above you, what do you see? Stars, thousands of them, glimmering and shining in vast expanse we simply call space. Occasionally a shooting star will pass, a star will flicker out, or a satellite will pass over. Our imagination goes wild imagining the planets and creatures so far away from us and deep down we feel a tinge of anxiety when we hear a story about abductees. We look up at the sky for hope, for a future far beyond our wildest dreams. All roads lead to space, as we build taller buildings, complete the space station, plan for the trip to Mars, send our satellites out farther, seeing more and more.

In our future, when we have colonized our precious moon and Mars alike, the newly reformed government known as SUN will begin to develop a program that will make our first real steps into the great beyond. Humanity has overcome all obstacles, we are at peace, diseases are easily being cured, cancer is no longer a worry… It is only natural that we look above and chose the next great thing to study and capture. Slowly but surely, commercials flicker onto the numerous screens of all shapes and sizes in people’s homes. They simply show the sky, and then a slogan in simple, white font:

Let’s Go.

Whether they realized it or not, they were falling under the spell of SUN. Curiosity, by far the greatest and most dangerous asset to a human had been activated by two simple words. As the populace began to wonder exactly where the commercial was implying they’d go, the government already knew. Already they were shifting through people’s person records and files, choosing those that would be perfect for the mission. Those who were truly inspired and enthralled by the simple message on their display screens, people who had the skills and mindset required to undertake on this grand adventure.

So the project began. Announced to the world as a superstation to go between Mars and Earth, no one thought any different as a massive vessel was being constructed in orbit. In the span of five years, what appeared to be one giant satellite was constructed, bigger than anything before constructed; it was hailed a new beginning for the human space effort and SUN. Some critics said it was built to fast, that something was amiss, but the majority of the world was amazed.

The project was not all glitz and glamour, in the shadow of the station; hundreds of people were being trained in secret for a completely different mission. They were trained day and night, and granted the privilege of wearing badges in the simple shape of a sun.

In SUN we trust.

Then the lottery began.

Seemingly random people were chosen to come aboard the station and live there, to have a brand new life, free of whatever debt was haunting them on whatever world they hailed from. Promise for a new life, all they had to do was sign the contract.

The great doors open up, bulkheads that were locked down for secrecy, now parting for the public. They hiss steam as the interior is revealed. Cold metallic colours, but people could get used to that. The dormitories and housing insides had much more of a welcoming feel; they spared no expense in the comfort of the crew. Hundreds of people, all able to live and thrive in the first super-station; the port between two planets with so many ferries and shuttles going between, money was no worry.

All they had to do was sleep a little while, so the station could get into place. A brand new A.I system, named Valkyrie would awake them when they reached their destination. She was programmed to protect the crew, to keep them happy as they worked and lived on the station.

People signed the contract, they agreed to sleep. As the craft began to break orbit and prepare for its jump, the crew drifted into a deep slumber, and the worlds watched in wonder.

Rules

1) This RPG is rated M for mature, but this doesn’t mean I want to see a whole abundance of cursing in your posts. Exhibit self control and refrain from overdoing it.

2) Gore and violence will be apparent, as well as psychological minds games of the deadly nature. Do not join if you have an issue with these.

3) The 500 word minimum is NOT in effect.

4) Respect other people’s preferred ways of RPing. If they don’t want you to overly control their character, don’t (but to those of you who wish to have your character not controlled, don’t control anyone else’s either.). The same goes for the other side, if someone controls your character a bit more then you’d like, forgive and forget (and inform them kindly of the mistake, it may take a bit for them to adapt). Everyone makes mistakes.

Name: Selene Riley Shepard. She goes by her middle name, and thus would introduce herself as such.

Sex: Female

Age: 24

Physical Appearance: 5’8’’, Strawberry blond hair (more along the light pink nature then red hue that’s normal) that’s layered and often tied in a ponytail except for her bangs that frame her face and cover her right eye. Her eyes are a beautiful mix of blue and green, changing to green when she experiences a strong negative emotion and blue when experiencing a strong positive one. Otherwise they’re a neat blend of the two. Selene has fair skin and not a blemish on her it would seem. She’s built lean and athletically, but her posture and usually stern gaze can intimidate most people.

Clothing: Though she finds the clothing odd compared to current fashion, she’s usually seen in some sort of shirt or tee, and wearing jeans. Ordinary sneakers for shoe wear. Though she’ll almost always be wearing a silver charm bracelet once she finds it with her things in her quarters.

Personality: Riley isn’t the most approachable woman on the ship. She’s cold, not to the point of being distant but it’s harder to talk to her then others. She’s logical, she thinks rationally, doesn’t believe in anything spiritual or supernatural. The woman has a very low tolerance for whiners, and often she’ll leave rather then tell them to shut up. Oddly enough though, she can be quite the charmer without knowing, and has a friendlier, kinder side that appears when in good company or when it’s needed. Her major fault is that she’s stubborn, and it takes a hell of an effort to convince to quit or try something else if her mind is set in its way.

Occupation: She was actually a soldier on Mars, but registered as an artist on E2.

Weapon: A standard handgun, black in coloration, sealed away in its case.

History: She keeps her past secret, only revealing that she had been a soldier on Mars before signing up for the E2 program. She has family, as in her room are pictures of her parents and little sister on the mantel. Selene doesn’t talk about them though.

Relationships: She's assigned to be Leo's Guardian by Valkyrie. Served under Maverick when she first began her career as a soldier. She hasn't seen him in a long time.

Name: Leonardo Angelo de Sario, buuuuut his name's too long, so he goes by Leo.
Sex: Male
Age: 8
Physical Appearance: 4’5’’, messy, light brown hair, and bright green eyes. He's got an average kid build, but has more baby fat than most others.
Clothing: He seems to have a fondness for baseball caps and jerseys. He'll wear a hoodie if and when he feels chilled, but is normally seen wearing an over-sized T-shirt or jersey, shorts, and sneakers.
Personality: Leo's a typical hyperactive kid whose occupation seems to be annoying the hell out of everyone around him. He's constantly running around and smacking people (whether it be on purpose or not... who knows?). He seems to be particularly afraid of Selene and her womanly glare of doom, but with everyone else, he seems to be able to shrug or laugh it off, wreaking havoc on their patience.

Occupation: Kid/Student XD

Weapon: A small metal yo-yo which he does tricks with and bashes people with them.

History: He was a typical kid living on the moon who enjoyed bouncing off the walls with the lower force of gravity. He had no idea why he was chosen to go "on an adventure in space" but he went anyway for the luls. Except... it might not be as lulzy as he planned.

Physical Appearance: Normal Teenager height and weight, his build is also normal, has dark brown hair, and hazel eyes.

Clothing: Jeans, a yellow shirt, and a black jacket. wears sports shoes almost all the time.

Personality: It's hard for him to make friends, and he is often very suspicious of people. Likes to analyze things more than required. Even when it is hard for him to make friends, whenever he makes a friend they easily become one of his closest friends. He is very welcome to change. Rarely loses his temper, but when he does he unleashes everything he has.

Occupation: Student.

Weapon: None, if he gets into a fight, which is very rare, he uses his fists or anything near his grasp.

History: He never knew his father, he lived with his mother all of his life. Always gets a B, other than that, nothing interesting.

Relationships: Only his mother, a few family members of his mother's side. One or two friends. None is on the craft.

You know what? It's been an extremely long time since I've gotten away from anime based RPG's and this is looking intresting. Let's do this!

Name-Sgt. David "Maverick" Summers (sometimes called Mav by his close friends)

Sex-Male

Age-32

Physical Appearance-6'2" and 220 pounds of pure muscle describes his basic appearence pretty well. Has brown eyes and blond hair that's starting to prematurely grey due to a horrible year of hardship and stress. The left side of his chest as well as his arm and leg are scarred from burns and shrapnel wounds due to injuries suffered.

Clothing-David's body armor is dark blue in color and looks a bit more like Master Chief's armor than the ODST armor. Off duty he'll wear a navy colored long sleeve shirt, gray colored BDU pants and black combat boots.

Personality-In his younger days David was pretty easy going and a bit of a smartass. Now however he's a little more gruff and quick to anger if he feels a situation is getting out of hand. In combat situations he's actually crazy almost to the point of being suicidal. For a quick mental image think of Riggs in the original Lethal Weapon. Despite his personal problems however he's got no problem with doing the right thing and will be quick to disobey his orders if he feels it's going to put innocent people at risk.

Occupation-Military: trained in combat, inflitration and undercover operations. David's job upon the ship itself is head of security.

Weapon-Owns an old Walther P99 that's been in the family for a good 140 years. Using modern technology and parts he's modified it to fire the more modern 5.7mm round instead of the .40 caliber or 9mm rounds the original weapon was known for. The smaller round has a greater muzzle velocity and allows for much greater stopping power against an unarmored target as well as a noticible decrease in weapon recoil. It also allows him to use a 20 round clip with the gun instead of the standard 12/16 round clips for the original. David does have the parts to reverse the modification on the weapon. However it requires breaking it down and replacing the barrel, slide and internal striker. As a result in a combat situation this is impossible to do. In the event of a situation calling for an all out assault David has a SCAR-H Battle Rifle stored away in the security forces equipment room. The weapon has a 20 round mag and can be equipped with either a flashlight or laser sight as the situation warrants. David has also opted to go with a semi-automatic model as opposed to one with full auto, due to the small clip size as well as the size of the weapon when compared to other, heavier rifles.

History-Prior to the formation of the new Earth government he served in the US Army for eight years. Shortly after he turned 26 he left to join the FBI to head a task force known as the Special Investigations Unit. SIU's goal was to look into small scale domestic threats and usually managed to do this by inserting one of it's members into the group in question. It's agents were extremely well trained and were usually able to destroy groups from within without exposing who they really were. This was usually achieved by turning the members against each other, planting false evedence to make it look like people were working for rival outfits, ect. Rarely did operations ever get to the point where agents had to blow their cover and call in for backup. Five years in the group had an unheard of 97% success rate, no agents killed in the line of duty and only four cases of blown cover. However perfect records never last. During a joint operation with the CIA the mission went sour very quickly. Thanks to David it wasn't a total loss and a plan to kill thousands failed. However the damage was done: over 300 hundred civilians killed and the loss of about 20 agents including a CTU SWAT team and David's whole unit. David himself spent four months in an ICU recovering. Upon getting out David started to train a new team but came to a horrible discovery. Whoever was behind the attack that killed his team seemed to be out for revenge. After two failed attempts on his life which resulted in another two agents killed David had enough. Not wanting to put his team as risk any longer he resigned and signed up for the Earth II program. SUN commissioned him as a Sergeant on the ship and the head of the ship security. At this point David is hoping to leave his previous failure as a leader behind and to give those that are after him the slip.......unfortunately for him he never considered the fact that whoever wants him dead may just be crazy enough to try to follow him into space.

Other-David is a bit of a chain smoker and brought more than enough of his favorite brand to last him a good long time. He's got them stored away in the cargo hold currently.

I'm gonna have to say they're around HALO's weaponry, just starting to pull away from tradition bullets and such (guns might have the ability to compress/condense like in Mass Effect, but not quite as streamline yet).

[Crazy Elf Boy]

Name: Specialist Michelle Ackart "Codename: Silent Blade"

Sex: Female

Age: 23

Physical Appearance: Michelle stands around 5’10” with just above shoulder length chestnut hair that usually hangs free, on some occasions she will wear a black headband. Her eyes are a sort of dull brown, she has a slight tan. But she has an unsightly scar which runs down her left arm so she usually covers it with a long sleeve shirt and gloves.

Clothing: Her armour is standard issues with a few of her personal modifications as well as quite battle scarred along the left gauntlet all the way up to the shoulder. The modifications included a few secret knives as well as pockets for other trinkets. For the most part her armour is the standard colours but she has painted a few of her own symbols on the shoulder pads as well as the chest plates. When she is not in armour she opts for a plain T-shirt with a long sleeved undershirt underneath and a glove on her left hand.

Personality: Normally her personality is that of a vibrant young woman, very happy and easily liked by people around she is even known to act a little ditzy sometimes. But she doesn't have much people who waste her time or who infuriate her by arguing with her. This is also exacerbated by another less common condition she has.

Occupation: Michelle is part of the specialist military trained in Hand to hand combat, mainly for security defence and where a little stealth is needed.

Weapon: Michelle only has two weapons with her and even then only uses one of them. Her main weapon is a fold away sword which when extended is about 2 and a half feet. Her other weapon is the standard issue security pistol but is very rarely used.

History: Coming from a military family Michelle was excited when her 18th birthday rolled around as it allowed her to sign up for the Australian Infantry. After about 2 years in the force she was hand selected for a secret strike force in order to provide security for different government officials. During the first year of her tenure as a security officer she was almost killed in a hand to hand brawl with a would be assasain of the current prime minister of Australia, this left her with a sword slash which went up the entire length of her left arm. The brawl had taken a huge toll on Michelle's body so she had to put in a deep cryogenic sleep but unfortunately, this procedure was rushed and the previous sleepers conscious wasn't removed before she was put in and the resulting effect caused it to be downloaded into her body along with her own.

This new identity identified itself as Private Anthony Beethoven Mcgee. At first glance Anthony's consciouness didn't seem to cause much trouble to Michelle's military career but after a while he managed to gain control of Michelle's body for short periods of time, when the military caught wind of this Michelle was given a short term break from active duty. After some extensive research into the matter a medical regime was finally devised to stop Anthony's personality to take over but if Michelle was to stop it even for a short time his might be able to take control of her again. Due to him not being able to return his own body has made Anthony a bit jaded and possibly even quite crazy as all he has is time to brood just a passenger is another persons body.

Name: Dr. Caleb "Cale" Olson

Sex: Male

Age: 26

Physical Appearance: Caleb stands at 5'11 and has 'that geeky scientist' look about him. His face resembles a stretched square, giving him a strong, defined jaw-line. His hair is black and cut short, his fringe hangs over the top of his head but not far enough to impede his vision. He wears a pair of thin spectacles. His eyes are blue / grey. He has some obvious muscles in his arms and legs (he takes care of his body) but he ventures on the thin side of physique.

Clothing: Loose-fitting jeans, comforable black shoes and dark-coloured tops with easy to roll up sleeves.

Personality: In a word: charming. Cale has the eloquence of intelligence that makes it easy for him to talk to anyone about anything. It makes it easier for him to calm people down, which is a very useful skill in the medical profession. He has an appreciation for things in life and his curiosity means that he always wants to understand how things work. Caleb loves a challenge, regardless of whether that relates to science or women. Cale isn't your typical 'geek' type though he appears to be physically. He can hold his own against the 'manly men' and whether or not people see it, there appears to be a depth to him that goes far beyond science and medicine.

Occupation: Medical Doctor with knowledge of biochemistry.

Weapon: N/A

History: Cale had always had an interest in science and had decided from an early age to pursue it as a career path. His interests took him into biochemistry and as a result, medicine. He was dedicated to his studies and became a fully-qualified Doctor at the age of 22. For the past 4 years he has been teaching at Harvard Medical School but decided to give in teaching for the prospect of exploration and potential medical discovery (he is a very curious guy). Had a normal family upbringing. Nothing of note.

Name: Leonard Maxwell

Sex: Male

Age: Undetermined. But he looks about late-30s.

Physical Appearance: Leonard is imposingly tall (6'5”) and heftily built – he has the look of someone who won't take any shit. Blond hair, may or may not be bleached, but think that for the colour. He wears it brushed back off his forehead to keep it out of the way. He has cheekbones you could slice cheese on, and a face that ladies might call “rugged.” He is in the habit of frowning or looking annoyed, so there's a downtilt to his mouth almost constantly, as well as a crease in the centre of his forehead.

Clothing: Leonard wears sunglasses at all times – no, he will never take them off. No matter whether he's indoors (which he is) or outdoors, those sunglasses stay on. They're black, and completely opaque – not a glimpse of his eyes can be seen from behind them. The main thing that you'd notice about Leonard is his leather coat – it's long (mid-calf length), black and pretty much all leather, with some patterning for strength around the elbows, shoulders, etc. Underneath the trench he wears a navy, long-sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up, and with two buttons left undone. Over the top of his shirt there's a series of black straps around his shoulders and criss-crossing his chest that look like gun holsters, but since he never takes off his coat, you'll not find out what's in them. Over the top of the straps he wears a utility waistcoat type thing, in black, with oodles of pockets.
His pants are plain, serviceable and comfortable black, belted, with the bottoms tucked into sturdy, clompy black boots. He has a gun holster strapped to his right thigh (unf). Oh yeah, he also wears sturdy leather gloves, fingerless, that go partway up his arms.

Personality: Leonard is, in a word, cranky. His voice is gravely and deep, and he sounds serious at all times. He's not one for humour or light-heartedness, and he won't participate in jokes. He's singularly driven by his objectives, although you won't be finding out what those are for a very long time. When he's set his mind on something, it will get done, no matter how unsavoury the task may be. He can be extremely aggro, and he doesn't particularly like women, though he admits their usefulness in some situations. Saying that though, he's much more of a loner, and won't voluntarily join a group of other people unless it's necessary. He's neat, and has a habit of ordering people around – a throwback from his days as Captain. Also, expect him to disappear at random intervals and then reappear when you least expect him. He's exceptional at finding his way around places, and almost never gets lost.

Occupation: All he will say is that he used to be a Captain, but his capability with most tasks possibly speaks otherwise.

Weapon: Approved – Single handgun in his thigh holster. Black, magnum model. On the back of his belt, he stores his spare bullets.

History: No history. Lol, joking. Possibly to be revealed. Either way, he won't say anything if you ask him about his past, except occasionally, he might reveal some sort of mystic clue.

Sex: Female

Age: 26

Physical Appearance: Sierra stands at six feet even, built like a twig, long limbed and white as a sheet. She has long red hair that goes halfway down her back and is rarely combed. Most of the time stray hairs are covering her face and dangling in front of her violet eyes. Usually seen with something in her mouth, be it food or objects.

Clothing: Very messy long-sleeved shirts and baggy jeans, both looking too big for her. The only clean things are her red Converse sneakers. She wears a silver chain with a Yin-Yang sign around her neck.

Personality: Laid-back, almost lethargic. Her computer could explode right in front of her and the only reaction from her would be "Oh. Crap." with a dull expression. Although her body is sluggish, she has an overactive imagination, and will easily come up with the most bizzare comments (usually stemming from her love of anime, video games or song lyrics). Her favorite thing to do is to come up with "worst case scenario" scenes for stuff, whether they make sense or not. And unlike Riley, she's more than ready to believe anything. Oh, and she's a walking garbage disposal but yet that food seems to go nowhere.

Occupation: Freelance writer, although she spends most of her time on her own fiction and journal. Most people think she's unemployed.

Weapon: None, although she's mean with cast-iron cookware...

Physical Appearance: Reddish brown hair, bright green eyes. She stands at about 5'1", although short, she is well proportioned and has a muscular but slim frame. Sometimes its easy to forget shes short, especially when she is in your face for something, because she has a big prescence. Most of the time has a thoughtful look on her face, though she often also has a moderately stern/spunky expression. Her smiles are extremely rare, but incredibly bright, and usually come from when something shes rigged up goes off without a hitch, or someone praises something she loves/has worked hard on.

Clothing: Generally likes wearing tanktops and jeans, with black leather steel toe boots. Often has a small toolbelt on, and her pants have many pockets. Wears a hairtie around her wrist.

Personality: Shes what you would call a "firecracker". Very high spirited and high strung, she has a lot of focused energy, which can explode into cursing if things dont go right. Very smart, but "undisciplined" and because of this she found engineering school boring and ended up teaching herself. As a result, her ideas tend to be unorthodox but creative, and gets the job done, if not in a "by the book" manner. Very driven individual, giving up isnt in her nature, and she will focus on a problem until its solved, even if it puts her in danger to do so. Takes pride in her work, and treats the ships engines like her baby, getting annoyed if someone else tries to stick their nose in her "territory". Shes blunt in her dealings with people, but not unkind, she just is a no nonsense sort of person. Its a bit hard to befriend her considering she is into her work and doesnt actively seek out others, but if you manage to, youve got a friend for life. Will defend whats right no matter what, including herself if she believes she is in the right about something. If you know your shit well, youll have her respect, but her respect must be earned.

Occupation: Ship Engineer, specializing in ships propulsion. Though she often jury rigs things rather than take the book-learned route other engineers might. Can cobble together solutions out of seemingly nothing. Is very resourceful.

Physical Appearance: Standing at roughly six foot, with a well toned build and broad shoulders. He has short black hair, worn in a series of simple cornrows, along with two thick sideburns. His eyes are a mix of grey and blue fitting in well with his strong face.

Clothing: He’ll normally be send wearing a dark blue, long sleeve shirt, a pair of slightly baggy jeans held up by a black belt and black shoes. Sometimes though he can be seen wearing a white muscle shirt instead.

Personality: He’s normally a quiet individual, but he’s willing to engage in a conversation if he’s spoken to. Once you get to know him, he’s quite a nice guy. Intelligent, calm and collected, he’s the kind of guy you could go to for advice. Normally level-headed, he’s good at handling stressful situations.

Occupation: Police Sargent while on earth, was brought on to act as security on the ship.

Weapon: none.

History: Starting out in the police force when he was eighteen, he had been serving for eight years, having a pretty standard career. However, that all changed during a his eighth year. It was during a drug lab raid. The perpetrators opened fire. The resulting gunfight ended with the drug lab exploding and the death of his partner. After such a lost, Mathew quit the force and turned to Buddhism in order to ease the pain.

Two years later, his record was dug up by SUN, who felt his skills in the police force could prove useful. He was given the offer to act as security aboard the E2. Thinking this as a chance to help others again, he accepted.

If you need someone I think I can work with you Bran. As one potential option, if she's worked with the govenment before it's possible she could have worked with David/the FBI as a civilian contractor. Perhaps in the way of maintaining their cars and equipment. I can imagine a younger, happier David introducing new team members to her like this:

David-Oh her? That's Lynne.....she's a civvie. Oddly enough she keeps coming back every time someone breaks something. Might have something to do with the big paychecks Uncle Sam keeps giving her.
Lynne-In short, he destroys shit, I fix it and then the son of a bitch does it again! Rinse, wash, repeat......it's a vicious circle!
David-Yeah that sounds about right. Just remember one thing. As far as I'm concerned she's just as equal to any other agent here despite being a civilian. If you mistreat her you'll have to answer to me.....provided there's something left of you afterwards.

David is the type of guy that would see value in any member of his team, no matter how big or small. It's possible that other agents could have been looking down on her as simply a civilian that didn't know her place. David on the other hand knows that a good team needs to work together no matter what. Bottom line: no engineer means you aren't going anywhere and shit isn't getting done. Perhaps a friendship could have slowly built from there. In fact if you want to run with it maybe it could have been Lynne to suggest joining E2 to David as a way of breaking him out of the foul mood and blame he puts on himself following that botched mission?

If you want to roll with that Brandy then let me know ASAP so I can adjust my history accordingly ^_~

On another note I'm more than a little concerned by the lack of a few more military people/security. Will there be more than me, CEB and MC or is the ship doomed to be guarded by an army of Redshirts?
Finally if anyone is unsure on weapons and is looking for something vaguely futuristic, yet realistic sounding then I'm more than willing to give suggestions to help you bullshit something out of thin air if Crystal approves of that. Personally I like the sound of my Custom P99

Well it doesn't take long to catch onto that fact if anyone has ever seen a single episode of Star Trek: TOS. If you wear red and aren't part of the main cast then your gonna die. It's a rule of life. Same holds true for the Goldshirts in later series. Now it remains to see if Myst is going to beat the rule. Since he's part of the main cast I'd say he will.......but even so wearing red does increase someone's chance of death by quite a bit.

Age: 16

Physical Appearance: Tracer is around the small size. Very thin for his size, he's not very athletic, but his brain more than makes up for it. He has shaggy brown hair and bright blue eyes, despite the fact his face is covered with some sort of mechanical fluid or a scorch mark or two.

Clothing: His clothes resemble a drifter. Large cargo pants, large and ragged jacket with burns and stains, sturdy shoes. He does have a large pair of goggles that rest on his forehead. The goggles are explained below. Tracer also has a modified computer on his left arm, also explained below.

Personality: Tracer is quiet most of the time, his mind working out possible outcomes and running diagnostic keystrokes in his head. He doesn't talk about his family much, and also has a sharp tongue when it comes to such things. Or anything for that matter. Despite his intellect, he's still a normal 16 year old boy, just a little bit more mentally mature than everyone, but can still lead up to some awkward social situations. That happens when you spend your life in front of computer screens. His sharp tongue is usually directed towards people who think they know what they're doing, but really clueless. He does show respect to people who earn it.

Occupation: Hacker. Back on Earth Tracer was gaining renown among hacking circles. He also has a fair notion of mechanics, some biology, but most of his training comes from computers and technology. He could probably land a job as either a programmer or mechanic.

Weapon: Tracer really doesn't have any weapons. But give him a few minutes, a fusion cutter, and a bit of faith in him and he can whip up something that can help solve the problem, or an unstable cluster of random parts around a fusion reactor ready to blow half the ship up. Whichever comes first.

History: Tracer's origins for the flight have been forged, and his real history is shrouded in mystery and net rumor. But here's what there is so far.

Frustrated with his father's job as a politician making promises he could never keep, Tracer spent his time searching for information. Becoming very efficient at an early age, Tracer was the top of his class in several fields. But his love was computers and the information you could find on the net, he found a training ground for his mind.

With the construction of EARTH II, Tracer found some of the records his father had been keeping of the project. Something was weird. A large collection of high-tech equipment and computing processors while the schematics he had found didn't seem to match where they would be held.

Something was wrong, and Tracer knew it. His father wouldn't tell him, hell being a politician meant he could get out of something scott-free and laugh about it later. Instead of digging further, he hacked a charter to the Earth II and find his own answers. Of course his real father wouldn't realize he was gone until the ship was on its way, and too late to stop.

Relationships: Nope. As a hacker, Tracer only really knew people on line. He doesn't give out his real name, and even the one on the registry is falsified. His attitude and way of treating people may put them off as well.

Other: Theme: Pretender (Foo Fighters)

Goggles: A pair of goggles that rest on his forehead much of the time. When placed over his eyes he can use them for magnifying projects that he's working on and keeping his vision clear for the most part. He has plans for some future upgrades however, and they wouldn't have let him on the pod without confiscating most of his stuff.

Computer: Tracer has built a small computer that he wears on his left arm. It helps him when dealing with hacking systems or building things. It's mostly a touch screen with several hotkeys macro'ed and ready for clicking.

Age: 19 (didnt want to be in my twenties just quite yet, but i also didnt wanted to be counted for as a kid.)

Physical Appearance: He is Irish, there for he has very pale skin. He has freckles but the amount isnt that bad, well at least not as bad since his childhood days. Has brilliant blue eyes, and red(orange) hair, that he wears short and spiky. He stands 5 feet and eleven inches off the ground, giving him a good height. He puts in the effort to work out alot, therefor giving him muscles.

Clothing: Tends to keep a Yankees Baseball cap on. Wears dark dark dark blue, almost black jeans. Wears a long sleeve thermal shirt, with a muscle shirt under it. Keeps a couple pairs of all white Nike's on at all times. Wears a cross around his neck.

Personality: Wayne can come across as stubborn and really ubnoxious. And that is because he is. But if it werent for his, not so great childhood, he probably wouldnt be like that. You see, Wayne has always had a temper. He got himself into trouble and usually didnt mind the consequences. He tends to not mind his own buisness. But there is a good side to him, and only a few select people that he has opened up to have seen it. The good side is the exact opposite of what everyone usually sees him as, wich would be kind caring, honest, blah blah blah. You get it.

Occupation: He works as a waiter's assistant at a restraunt.

Weapon: If he fights, it is with his fists or anything he can gets his hands on, maybe say a dumbell? XD

History: Back when Wayne was a kid, he tended to get himself into lots of trouble. He didnt do so well in school. Overall he had a hard time. And his parents didnt help. He got abused physically, and he couldnt wait to move out. Once he was aboard Earth II, it was only a mattre of time to him before he could restart his life. He wanted to become a less violent, and better well rounded human.

Physical Appearance: Meiya is around 5’7’’, with a thin, slightly curvy build. She has jade green eyes and dark brown hair that reaches half way down her back. Her skin is lightly tanned from where she liked to read outside in the sun. Overall, she has more of a cutesy appearance than sexy, which frustrates her a little. Also, she has a 4 month gone baby bump (yeah, you read right... >_>).

Clothing: Generally anything that fits her, atm! XDD Mostly comfy things: t-shirts and not very tight jeans. Loves woolly jumpers, long shirts that are dresses, leggings... Cardigans. Most of her clothing is probably blue, red, grey, black or purple, in wonderfully co-ordinating outfits.

Personality: Meiya’s a quiet kind of girl, the kind that just potters around and gets on with things. She’s a bookworm, loving most genres of books, but has a soft spot for romance novels. She’s sweet, kind and caring, always looking out for others. Inwardly, she’s quite shy, so any kind of over excitedness is normally caused by nervousness, and often blushes. She’s quite often humming a little tune too. All the nervous feelings she gets in uncomfortable situations seem to vanish when teaching.

Occupation: Primary school teacher. Loves finger paint and singing nursery rhymes!

Name: Michael (Mike) Rampart

Sex: Male

Age: 23

Physical Appearance: Mike is six-foot even, weighs 210 pounds which is all pure muscle, and has very slightly tanned skin (which is fading thanks to the lack of sun). Mike is not "ripped" per se, but he has visible muscle tone and is a lot stronger than he looks. His hair is dark brown, long and straight, kept in a low ponytail; it reaches his shoulder blades. His eyes are a deep green color.

Clothing: When not in his martial arts gear (which consists of a plain white gi and his black belt), Mike is most often seen in a set of workout clothes, the kind that are slightly loose and absorb sweat and moisture. The pants are long, but the shirt is short-sleeve. His standard sets are gray with black streaks up and down the sides, but he has a couple sets that are black with white streaks. When he's really casual, he'll wear a pair of really loose-legged jeans and a tight black shirt. For footwear he usually has a pair of soft white athletic sneakers, but when he's actively training his martial arts he'll go barefoot.

Personality: Mike is very friendly; he loves making new friends and knows the right way to keep them. He's the kind of person that people respect because he's very selfless, always helping others when he can. Unfortunately there are some people that just can't be friends, and Mike seems to have a switch that gets flicked when someone gets aggressive. He doesn't turn into a cold monster or anything, but Mike lets out a darker side that is rarely seen on a day-to-day basis. It's more like he's so focused on ending the aggression, all other emotions leave him. Once the aggressor has been dealt with, Mike returns to his normal self.

Occupation: Karate trainer. (see history)

Weapon: His body. Mike is a black belt in two different forms of martial arts, jujitsu and karate. These are not the same; jujitsu focuses on countering opponents own moves, while karate is a more offensive striking art. As such they compliment each other, jujitsu being more defensive and karate being more offensive.

History: Mike grew up on the moon, and at a young age took up martial arts. He very quickly got the hang of it and sped past his classmates. Being the most skilled student in his martial arts school, his sensei took him under his wing when Mike was 14 and offered to train him specially, so long as he would help train the others in the school; Mike naturally agreed. By 16 he had received his black belt in karate and started working on his jujitsu belt. More than impressed, his sensei gave him an actual job training the students.
