    Also: If you run a windows machine, it would also be a nice idea to install Windows XP for those programs that break under the Vista and/or 7 enviroment and won't run in compatibility mode.
    Why Linux is better.

    This is actually a good idea and I'll need to test it. However I sure hope there won't be any lag carrying over to the games. V:

    A very good idea, especially since 64-bit VirtualBox allows you to run a 32-bit OS in that enviroment.

    USB is really fucking complicated on VBox, to access my External Hard drive on VBox I have to make it a share folder on the virtual machine.

    So I don't know if those work or not.

    IF you COULD get the USB device feature working on VirtualBox though, it should work.
