Greenhorn CutsiePie stands opposite old hand CEB on a hugely experienced old field, AKA Indigo Plateau. From each side of the field is a red flash, followed by 2 pokemon emerging. One in the form of a pile of putrid sludge with the basic name Grimer, and the other a baby grass snake with arms and legs named Solid Snake.

First to move is Grimer, who summons a ball of sludge to throw at the young Snivy. However, Solid Snake had a plan. Waiting until the goo was just about to hit, he coated himself in a translucent armour that deflected the goo right back towards Grimer. Grimer just took the damage in it's stride, as it barely hurt at all. (-6 NRG SS, -5 HP Grimer, -7NRG Grimer)
