So i heard there are Legendaries out there.....as an E4 i think its only right i go out and try and find one of these Beasties.

Ill take 5 Ultra Balls and head to the Ruskie Tundra.

Ill be taking Pikachu (m-Static), Charizard (m-blaze) and Gengar (f-levitate)

Hands over 20 points.

Just announcing I am coming back to Safari Zone reffing, so my trips are back on so to speak.

I have 2 Great Balls I have yet to claim. 1 as a reffing reward (here), and 1 as a free gift in the X-Mas Tree (here). As the ball in the Tree is specifically for Ayeun's trips, I've PM'd her and asked if she'll take me up.

I'll be taking Hanzo (Gallade (m) @Steadfast) and Tesla (Shiny Manectric (m) @Static) with me, and going to the Skyline Terrace.

No. Everyone can do it, but it's not easy. And you might not run across it even if you visit the zone, but you can try

Yeah thats why you gotta save up and get alot of ultra balls to assure your trip is long, and if you do run across the one you want, u have the ultra balls to back you up

Well, I'm not sure I'm to keen on that strategy. I'm using it now and it's not really that great of a strategy. Besides, safzone is gonna alter later in the year so long, big safari trips won't always be the best choice.

Besides, short trips make sure you can switch refs a lot and that makes it more interesting at times

Dunno what else has been happening in the safzone since then, but last I heard, 50% of all legendaries are owned by non-E4/gym leaders. That's 50% of the massive 2 that had been caught, but still...

Noone has been keeping track of it very well. Grey has a Zapdos. It was the second legend caught. That and mine were the only ones I knew of.

But, by this data...

I am the only non-gym leader/e4 person to have a legendary. This should be rectified by making me a gym leader

I would also advise all safari refs to take a look at DL's latest reffings and check out his 'choice'-method.

Also a suggestion to the SZ ref's, something I started doing because of the length of the epic adventures we run, is adding a line under the remaining pokeballs that links to the post that each catch was done in. I am sure that DL will attest to the number of pages he had to dig though to find all the pokemon he caught. Greyfox started using Sprites on his, but there are no links yet.

It depends on the legend and whoever the ref is. Something like the Articuno or Suicune, I can see there being multiple. But the big time legends, like Palkia -- I think there should only be one of them.
