That gives me enough time to hash out a plot (and to toy with the questers' emotions, too, which is like the best part.)
Yeah, I remember I had to go down into a sewer; comfort an abandoned igglybuff (found an extra pokeball on the way, though *squee*); and go somehow beat a bitch of a trainer and her 4 super-powered pokemon with a Ralts, Mienfoo, Eevee, and Igglybuff (she chose the matchups, so I was at a disadvantage every time) to reunite the trainer and her igglybuff.
And it wasn't until then that I decided to catch an eevee. I managed to get an egg for my troubles, though.
I then went to a fishing contest where I ALMOST caught a shiny floatzel (damn you, stupid cheating fisherman), almost had my best pokemon, Rosalinda, be drowned by an overly large Jellicent, and I had to fight said jellicent with a newborn Chinchou, who had hatched from his egg minutes before. I did manage to get a dratini for my troubles there, though.
Then there was this part where I had to take on a bunch of houndour with a druddigon and my Sake and Rosalinda, catching the druddigon afterwards.

All-in-all, Oslo's adventures are frustrating, yet somewhat rewarding and fun.
