TPM Game Nights ~ Suggestions ~
I have been bouncing a thought around my head about establishing a TPM Game Night once a week or month, the system of choice would be either X Box or Wii and a commonly used game. Someone would establish the server and only allow members from TPM in for a few hours on a select night. If possible the overall scores of that night could be posted, or some other way to keep track of the players.
What does everyone think of this? Is there a certain day that is good for everyone? What games should be played?

Holy crap, I totally forgot about that tournament. I went back and read through it all and holy shit, I acted like an asshole but I still think I'm right, even if I didn't phrase my opinions in the most gentle way. It wasn't the smoothest tournament but I did have fun
The only multiplayer game I have is SSBB so I'm up for that

Mario Kart Wii is one game I'd definitely agree to playing (if the red Wii here was in the same room where my laptop is), but what about Mario Kart DS or Mario Kart 7? If there's any puzzle game fans here, I also have Tetris Axis for the 3DS.
Edit: Oh, I nearly forgot to mention I also have Bomberman Blitz on my 3DS as well...so if anyone here has that game, please let me know and maybe someday we can have a bomb battle, lol.

I remember I got my ass handed to me in Brawl. I'm no better now though >> I think I got matched up with all the Aussies which made it harder to arrange times to play. Perhaps not a tourney, then. Just a play together.
Mario Kart yes yes yes. Wii or DS (I don't have a 3DS).
I love how PS3 is not allowed apparently XD
Xbox wise... Halo, Black Ops, Borderlands (although thats more co-op play) um... Can't remember my other multiplayer games >>

Well the only competitive game I really have is Mario Kart 7. But I think it would be greatly unfair to play that since I would easily wipe the floor with you guys, but I suppose I could get MKDS to make it a bit more fair.
And that's about it for me. Unless my PS2 counts, which I won't really be able to play until maybe the summer. Yay for expensive TV license.

I got SSBB for the Wii and Halo 4 on my 360. I'm not ready for serious play on either, but I'm at least comfortable on Brawl. Any way we can do non-tournament play?

Yeah I'm fine with non-tournament stuff.
It's just that... Well, I went back and checked the Brawl Tourney thread, and by the final round, there were 8 people; two bowed out, one got eliminated, and one has long-since vanished from TPM.
That leaves four people left: Andrew, Darkly, DKnight, and myself.
How about on one of these game nights, the four of us set up a few four-way Brawls just for old time's sake?
Whoever comes out with the highest score gets (Spoiler:) to finally learn just what the Hell WAS Andrew's prize.

Well, feel free to prove me wrong. Which shouldn't be too hard, as,luck is a big part of that game. I can be first one match and last the next. And you guys would wipe the floor with me in mkds, since I've never played it.
