I wonder how much time it would take and how much mental issues it would cause if one were to watch all the seasons of Pokemon so far non-stop.

You would die... You can only go for like... 7 or 8 days without sleep before your brain just shuts down and you die.... And there has to be more than 7 days worth if you watched it in a block...

Lies. I was up for a solid block of time, around the 4 month mark back in 1999. Grades suffered cause I was really despondant and weak, but I couldn't sleep. Xmas vacation came, I slept for the whole 9 day period. No rhyme or reason.
