Default The Return of Sleep Talk: A New Era?

First let's start for the people who don't know. In Emerald, there is a move tutor who teaches Sleep Talk in Fortree City. This will likely be like G/S/C, where almost everything learned it.

This may seriously change the metagame, but most standard movesets have changed and are better than in G/S/C. For example, the Raikou standard set is now better because Calm Mind exists. If we started to use Rest+Sleep Talk again we might not have enough room for needed moves. The old Raikou standard had Thunderbolt, HP Ice, Rest, and Sleep Talk if my memory serves me correctly. Will Sleep Talk be used again, or will it just sit and die? Discuss.

Some Pokemon, like Raikou, have now evolved past Sleep-Talk and probably won't use it again. The odd one may, to throw in a surprise, old-school element, especially if their opponent has an anti-calm-mind-raikou solution.

Some Pokes, though, will be so glad to talk in their sleep again. Some Pokemon lost their use after ST wasn't available in RS, but that is about to change, methinks.

What if the Regis learn Sleep Talk? This could be great because they always have Rest for healing back health and I'm sure they could make room for Sleep Talk too in their Moveset. Raikou needs Calm Mind so I'll doubt if people would use Sleep Talk on it again like Pokemon GSC.

Pokes that received a great boost with the new moves, Raikou and Suicune have moved to the next level. But some pokes that were graded down will receive a boost... the first one that comes to mind is Kingdra... but I think, undoubtedly that it'll have an impact in the metagame, but since movesets have been mostly perfected, it won't be as deep as the FRGL was...

anyway, will these move tutors work several times, or just one like the one from FRGL?

Sleep Talk is a one off Move Tutor in Pokemon Emerald. But there are other Move Tutors at the Battle Frontier who will do it infinite times as long as you pay them the right amount of BP. You know moves like Substitute, Rock Slide, Thunder Wave, and stuff that were one off in Pokemon FR/LG. I'm really starting to like Pokemon Emerald with all these extra features that could have been in Pokemon FR/LG.
