[OT: love the banner. it even blinks ]

So I'm having a bit of a dilemma here. Anyway I'm typing up a lovely little email for someone on hotmail, and everything was fine. I went to send it though, and it wouldn't work. So I tried my Gmail account. Didn't work either. Tried it in IE [i use FF], and neither of the sites worked there either. So I did the standard procedures, ie. clear cookies, cache, restart browser, check for spy/adware, restart computer, check firewall, etc. Nothing. The only way I can get on either of these sites is by external links. Obviously I'm not gonna be able to write an email like that.. any suggestions on what might help me fix it?

I'm on a wireless connection if that helps.. and my dad's computer is having the same problem. Ideas anyone? I have emails to send
