Really clean lines you have going there, and I like the braids: stylizied, but in a cool way. I also really like that ear. (stares at ear)

One thing I would suggest is perhaps making her nose a bit more defined: as it is it's hard to tell if it's a nose or a speck on my screen. ^^;
