Fly's no good. Solarbeam... not very reliable. Two turn moves always leave you open to opponent attacks and switches. You should start with Plusle instead of Tropius.

Flamethrower or Blaze Kick over Fire Blast. EQ or Rock Slide over Mirror Move. Get an item that will help Blaziken. Macho Brace is good for Effort points but not when battling versus human trainers.

Mewtwo doesn't learn Recover or Psychic??? Well, use a TM to teach it Psychic. Mewtwo's not Mewtwo without Psychic. 00bers are a bit cheap. Swift is accurate but not strong. Put something like HP Fighting if you have it or Shadow Ball.

Two Psychic moves are not that great. What would you do against a Dark type? Keep Psychic, ditch Luster Purge because of lack of PP. Dragon Dance is good but you don't have any moves that will benefit from the Attack boost. Something like Dragon Claw would be good for STAB.

Good. Equip a Mint Berry to get a free Rest. And 2 00bers? A little overboard. Thunder would be good over Ice Beam.

Thunderbolt over Thunder unless you're going to switch to get Kyogre's Drizzle in effect. Plusle's not that strong. You could consider another Electric type. I don't know if Plusle's got the defence to set up Fake Tears.

Overall: nice team. It'll do great in the battle tower but if your friend is an extremely good trainer, you may want to switch a few moves here and there.
