Default ~.~. [RPG Game] Stalking Golden Eyes .~.~ Sign Ups

Well after a lengthy internship I have been looking for a way to get back into the RPG Forum, and I believe I found it!

    Stalking Golden Eyes

Based on the PCG Game: The Werewolf Games, and a remake of the first Stalking Golden Eyes

One last glance from golden eyes,
One last song, a howling cry.
One last wolf stands here alone,
One last forest that he owned.
One last breath that he drew,
One last thought as if he knew.
One last run through his forest trails,
One last night as the silver moon pales.
One last chance to save and give,
One last hope to help live.

Lycanthropes, a type of human being infected with a virus that when stimulated by the rays of the moonlight, the being would become wolfish in nature and appearance. This is the rumor that spread from country to country like wild fire during the middle ages. Whole towns would be shut down or cut off from the outside world in fear that they had Werewolves in their mist. The virus that was the cause of this could be compared to the AIDS virus, due to it’s nature of spreading through blood or sexual contact. So when families were suspected of being Lycanthropes, they were dealt with by the community in the harshest possible manner. Death by hanging. Accusations of werewolves became as common place as people being witches, and more often that not, innocent people were killed or run out of town and their homes.

Lycanthropes do have one natural enemy, a separate strain of virus known as Vampirism. This virus doesn’t require moonlight for it to be stimulated. Instead it mutates the human within hours of blood transfer. The host or Vampire quickly grows enlarged hollow canine teeth and increased muscular strength, as well as increased energy. Although a side effect of this is a thirst for blood to keep up their strength and energy. With out specific proteins only found in blood their body would quickly deteriorate. Although it is legend that the Vampires cannot survive in sunlight, that remains only legend. In reality they may but are significantly weakened, and begin to sweat from a fever.

The RPG/Game begins the morning after a horrible thunderstorm. In a small town in Virginia, tucked away from most human contact except for a two lane dirt road. The storm covered up the sounds of unholy roars and gunshots as a battle between a Werewolf Clan and a Vampire Clan raged nearby. By the next morning the storm has washed out two roads, and two new travelers have arrived in town, both wounded, and both coming in from different areas of the town. With the road washed out, it could be days before any human contact is made with the town….

Alright guys I am going to try something new with this, it is a RPG do not worry, but it is also a game! This RPG as you know was based off a old RPG as mine, which in turn was based off a even older PCG game called “The Werewolf Game”. At the beginning of each night the Vampire Master and Alpha Werewolf can choose to either attach each other, or attack some one else. Since their ranks are depleted it will probably be to make another Vampire or Werewolf. Now that does not mean the town folk are just cattle. While you cannot kill the Vampire or Werewolf… at first. You can how ever fight off the attacker and run. Like in the RPG Tournaments of old, the person who provides the better post will decide the battle! Right now I am not going to sign up, but instead position myself as Game Master/Mayor to be impartial. If we are in need of a Vampire Master or Werewolf Alpha because no one takes that spot I will probably take it.

This is a experiment at trying to create a new RPG, so lets all have fun!

Jobs: A Farmer would probably have a shot gun as well as any other tools around to defend himself

Technician: The town’s mechanic, would have access to machines and could possibly rig up a Artificial Sunlight Flashlight, as well as a typical pistol

Priest: Both species are weak to Holy Water, but only through a perceived weakness and not any actual virus weakness. That being said Holy Objects will probably drive both back in fear due to perceived fear

I am sure you guys can come up with other ideas for jobs in a small town; these are just off the top of my head. Remember this is modern day!

Name: Try to make it sound modern day.
Age: Anywhere from 15 to 50
    Gender: Male or Female
Character Description: What does your character look like?
Job: Is he/she a farmer, technician, priest, etc
History: How did your character come to live in the town?
Weapon Must be reasonable with your job.
Personality Reasonable description how your character acts
    Other: Otherness?

    Werewolf Alpha

Name: Try to make it sound modern day.
Age: Anywhere from 15 to 50
    Gender: Male or Female
Character Description: What does your character look like?
Werewolf Description: Fur color, height, etc while in Wolfie Mode
History: How did your character become a Werewolf
Personality Reasonable description how your character acts
    Other: Otherness?

    Vampire Master

Name: Try to make it sound modern day.
Age: Anywhere from 40 to 500
    Gender: Male or Female
Character Description: What does your character look like? Remember he has not aged, but his skin could be pale from avoiding the sun.
History: How did your character become a Vampire
Personality Reasonable description how your character acts
    Other: Otherness?
