    Default relearning moves

    Let's suppose you level up a Shromsh from level 5 to level 60 and let it evolve at level 23 like it usually does. By the time it's at LVL 60 and you ask the move tutor to make breloom relearn a move, would Spore be on the list?

    It can only learn moves it either once knew, or turned down learning.

    u can however, stop shroom from evolving till it learns spore, evolve, then bring ur breloom to the tutor to relearn any breloom moves u missed.
