A fanfic has to be about a show, game or book, but of course you CAN write anything you want. Then it's just not classified as fanfiction.
And yes, you can post it here whether it's fanfiction or not.

yup crazy, you can write something completely original and not based on anything if ya like. they're often interesting, but can be tough to write.
