    Just so you know, IceMan is in fact an ASB veteran of the Sausage Trio and E.V.I.L era... meh, this place just doesn't have the same sort of humour nowdays.

    Anyway, umm.. woo go IceMan!! Eh hem.

    Hmm. o.o

    Arena: It's a decent day, with a few clouds dotted around the sky and the sun peeking through, shining down on the arena. There's a pond near the left of the arena, and elsewhere there is long grass that is good for hiding in. Two trees hover above the arena, with vines hanging down from them. They are both blossoming, and are decorated like pink turrets. O_o;

    I tried to make it fair for both pokemon... Does however make choosing your next pokemon a little more limited... I hope that's okay... >.>;

    Oh yeah. My arena = Originality++, huh? :x

    Alright Bulbasaur, for your first move EVAR!111

    ...*cough*

    Just spray a Sleep Powder over Squirtle! If he's asleep, then fling Razor Leaves till the found ends. If he's not asleep, then give up and slap it with Vine Whip, then try Sleep Powder again.

    It's gonna be a tricky battle, Squirtle, but we can do it. Avert the Sleep Powder, by using Withdraw. That way, the sleep powder will only grace your shell. Then pop out of your shell and fire off an Ice Beam. If your lucky then he will be iced before the vines are sent at you. Finally, make the arena a nice artic land with the power of Blizzard. Try to freeze him at all costs.

    It's a nice day, and puffy candy floss clouds decorate the sky with wispy patterns, moving gently in the slow breeze and blocking the sun out slightly, leaving only a few rays of light to occasionally hit the arena where our combatants will be battling. Our newcomer-yet-veteran player, IceMan, is the first to come into the field, his pokeball in his hand. Tossing it out, a Squirtle materialises, ready to battle. Then, his opponent, everyones favourite man of muffins comes onto the arena - It's none other than The Muffin Man. Tossing out his pokemon, it's also a familiar face. A Bulbasaur materialises, stretching and preparing for a battle.

    « Round One »

    Bud arches his back a little bit, and his bulb starts to move about slightly. Suddenly big puffs of purple powder fill the air, blowing about gently and travelling towards Squirtle. Fortunately, Squirtle knows what to do, and he tucks his head and limbs back into his shell. The purple powder floats down onto his hard hide, making him all pretty and colourful. Then, just as Squirtle bears his head, he gets thwacked across the chops with a flurry of vines. Rather dazed, Squirtle regains his orientation and fires a bolt of ice across the arena, hitting Bud right on the centre of his bulb. It punctures it slightly, and he gives a little whine as it stings rather painfully. Not happy with this, Bud puffs another cloud of sparkly purple dust out of his (sore) bulb - This time Squirtle doesn't react in time, and he falls asleep, comfy in the long grass.

    I always thought Sleep Powder was light blue? o.o;; Oh well, that's not important at all ^^;;

    Alright Bud. First up, plant it with a Leech Seed! Next, rock him gently back and forth, while Giga Draining of course...If he wakes up, fire a flurry of Razor Leaves instead.

    Good job, Squirtle. There's not much you can do, use Sleep Talk x3, if you awake, use a close distance Ice Beam(s) to freeze Bulbasaur.

    x_x Sorry for the delay. After my trip and having homework and stuff it's been hard to get into the swing of things. I will have the reffing up tomorrow though. I promise.

    « Round Two »

    As the sparkly Squirtle snores peacefully, Bud smiles a mean sort of smile. Of course, he does have the advantage right now, and is well aware of that. Following his trainers commands, he shoots a seed at his snoozing opponent. Small green tentacles start growing on the turtles back, and they start to collect energy from him. It's a rather odd thing to witness - A sparkly purple turtle with green tentacles. Hmm. What's even weirder is that he starts to mumble, and gets up on his feet.

    The entranced Squirtle begins to sway from side to side, and suddenly he charges at the Bulbasaur, his little fist glowing white with force. Smacking him, Squirtle's Sleep Talk has resulted in Mega Punch! Bud blinks, slightly dazed since a sleeping sparkly purple turtle with blue tentacles just whacked him in the face. But in an instant, Squirtle wakes up with a jolt, grains of purple sparkliness drifting off of him. Bud blinks again, as it seemed very sudden. But snapping into reality, he realises what he's meant to be doing.

    Bud fires a flurry of leaves at Squirtle, and they slash and tear at his face. Whining, the turtle (who is still purple and sparkly, just not as much) fires back a bolt of ice which lands smack bang in Bud's face. Tears trickle down from their eyes as they've both just been hit in the face, and then they unleash the exact same attacks again, right at the same time. The combination leaves icy leaves hitting Squirtle in the feet and little pebble-sized pieces of ice hitting Bud in the bulb. They're both rather irritated, and as Squirtle attempts to shake the sparkly powder off his shell, Bud grits his teeth.

    Don't fall for his words, Bulbasaur. He's scared. Before it can Ice Beam, wrap your vines around its' face. Then, just drain it's energy the rest of the round.

    « Round Three »

    Squirtle starts to shout very rude things to Bud in a very abusive fashion. At first the Bulbasaur isn't really very affected by it, but soon the rude comments just get to him, and slowly, ever so slowly, the feeling of blind rage creeps into little Bud's mind. He grinds his teeth, trying his very hardest to obey his trainers orders to let it go in one ear and out of the other. It doesn't seem to be working though, and I swear I can see some steam coming out of those ears. Squirtle, still taunting Bud, edges forward slightly, and eventually the two are practically touching noses. Then Squirtle whacks Bud in the face and his fury is unleashed - In a flash of green, the Bulbasaur slams Squirtle in the forehead in anger and then holds onto him tight.

    The watery turtle wriggles uncomfortably, desperate to get out of Bud's clutches. But the Bulbasaur is not accepting the Squirtle's cries, as he is still very very annoyed with those comments and the physical punch. Squeezing Squirtle, his vines begin to glow a faint, neon green colour and Squirtle can feel the energy being sucked out of him. Still wriggling like mad, Bud tightens his grip even harder until he stops moving about. The Squirtle gets the message, and after Bud lets him go with a satisfied look on his face, he sneakily shoots a beam of ice at him. He does not however have enough strength in his body to use a Blizzard though - The Giga Drains were... well... draining.

    Squirtle, use Icy Wind to counter his Giga Drain by sending him flying backwards. Then use Withdraw so that he only sucks on your shell and suprise him with a point-blank Ice Beam to finish the round.

    « Round Four »

    Bud attempts to grab Squirtle with his vines again for some more draining, but gets a nasty shock when he gets blasted by a wave of freezing air. The winds surround Bud, numbing his feet and making him shiver like mad. Then the wind dies down and the Bulbasaur opens his eyes to a smirking Squirtle - Frustrated after his first Giga Drain failing, he sends his vines flying out at his opponent yet again. (By this point Squirtle is not purple and sparkly anymore. Aww. But he stil has tentacles. Yay). When Bud has Squirtle in his clutches he attempts to suck out more energy - It doesn't work as well as he had intended since the turtle has withdrawn, but he still manages to get a little bit of health squeezed out of him.

    Smirking rather smugly, he continues to suck out the energy from his opponent, but stops after something worrying happens. Squirtle has begun to rumble, and the vibration is going down Bud's vines. Suddenly, Squirtle bursts out and blasts another beam of ice at the Bulbasaur! It hits badly on the nose and Bud whines slightly, before sucking some more health out of him to teach him a lesson. Then, the leech seeds come back off of Squirtle's shell, healing Bud just that little bit more. However, Squirtle now looks normal... No pretty sparkliness any more. Awww.

    While he's tending to his sore nose, give him a good one with Ice Punch. Then use Ice Beam x2 to freeze his vines that keep sucking life out of you.

    Jump back as you fire a Razor Leaf when he tries to Ice Punch, and then when he tries Ice Beam, set up a Light Screen. If you the first one holds up, use Razor Leaf around the screen. Otherwise use it again.

    The irritated little Squirtle obeys his trainer right off the start of the match, and charges at his opponent, ready for a nice smack in the face. Energy drained previously, he wants some sweet, sweet revenge. However, Bud jumps back and fires a flurry of leaves at his angry opponent, slashing and tearing at his face. However, Squirtle doesn't let this get to him and continues to run even after the assault. He gives the Bulbasaur a nice hard smack in the head, which feels suitably satisfying. Bud blinks, but gets ready for anything that may come up next.

    Squirtle rears up and fires yet another bolt of ice at his fighting partner - However, this time Bud is prepared for the attack. Mere inches away from the Bulbasaurs face, he sets up a barrier of light to absorb all content from it. Grinning widely, he gets ready to shoot yet another flurry of leaves at his opponent, but is too slow. For Squirtle fires another bolt of ice at him, and it smashes the barrier of light, as it is weak from the previous move. The blast from the ice hits Bud head on... knocking him flying, leaving him unable to perform his Razor Leaf attack. He gets up with a dazed expression on his face, seeing double. Since when did birds have four wings?

    Very creative attacks...

    Time to get creative, Squirtle. Counter his first razor leaf with Icy Wind, to send some chilling leaves back at him. Make him even more dazed and confused with Double Team, also making it hard for him to use razor leaf. Finish it off with a chaotic Blizzard to make his day just a little bit worse. Keep up the good work!
