    Default Move Reminder...

    Is there a move tutor that lets you learn moves that you missed by not evolving like in Ru/Sa? Or will I have to evolve my Shellder by level 33 to get Spikes then teach it Ice Beam seperately?

    Default Move Reminder...

    The move tutor that teaches moves that Pokémon previously knew lives in a house on Island 2, which you can get to from Cinnabar Island after you defeat Blaine at the Cinnabar Island Gym. For each move that you want taught, you will have to give the move tutor either 2 TinyMushrooms or 1 Big Mushroom. These items are found on wild Paras/Parasect.

    And for the other question - if the pokemon is above the lost moves level, it can be re-taught.
