When does Oddish or any of his evolututions learn Aromatherapy. And how do u get a leaf and sun stone?

Vileplume can learn Aromatherapy, but Bellossom can't. To get a Vileplume to learn Aromatherapy, you will have to take a Vileplume (Not Oddish or Gloom) to the Move Tutor in Fallarbor Town. Give the Move Tutor a Heart Scale, and then he will be able to teach your Vileplume Aromatherapy.

Now, for the stones...

You can find a Leaf Stone in the grass on Route 119, you will need to Surf down the river to get to it. Also, you can find a Green Shard laying on the ground underwater on Route 124. (east of Lilycove City) You will need to use Dive to get to it. You can trade the Green Shard with a man who lives on a house on a little island west of Mossdeep City to get a Leaf Stone. Also, Green Shards can be found attached to wild Relicanth.

A man inside the Space Center in Mossdeep City will give you a Sun Stone. Also, wild Solrock sometimes hold Sun Stone.
