Next month’s issue of Coro Coro magazine has revealed more information about Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. In it, 3 more Pokemon get Mega Evolutions, more contest information is revealed and there will be an in game event for a special Shiny Pokemon!

The Pokemon Company has released a new video today showing off new footage from Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. In it we get to see the new character designs for the Gym Leaders and Elite Four, Pikachu Cosplay, Secret Base customization and Mega Metagross in action.

A Glimpse at Pokemon Center Paris

We’ve reported on the special Poké Ball pattern Vivillon at the temporary Pokemon Center Paris location last month. The event starts today, June 4th and runs through through June 21st.
But for those who don’t live in traveling distance to Paris, French gaming website Pockett.net took some photos of the event. Check them out in the gallery below.

As mentioned in a previous post, Pokemon is an official sponsor of Japan’s National Football team in this year’s FIFA World Cup. A special Pokemon distribution event details were revealed at the end of yesterday’s Pokemon GET☆TV episode. Japan’s National Football team member, Atsuto Uchida, announced that June 15th, 2014 there will be a Pikachu distribution event at 40 Aeon Mall locations. Continue reading
McDonald’s 2014 Pokemon Toys Available Now?

It looks like you can already find one auction selling the next McDonald’s Pokemon 2014 toys and trading cards on eBay. A gallery of each toy package is located at the bottom of this post.
For those collectors out there, you probably already know you can usually buy the toys (+ card) for only $1.50 without having to buy the actual Happy Meal.
According to Bulbapedia and PokeBeach, the trading cards (assuming they are the same as the French McDonald’s promotion) are all reprints from the XY Kalos Starter Set except for Pikachu, which is a reprint from the main XY expansion. I’ve contacted the eBay seller to see if they can confirm.
