From The Pokemon X and Y Website:

Diancie is an extremely rare Pokémon, created when Carbink undergoes a strange mutation. Its glittering pink body is said to be the most beautiful sight in the world.

Diancie can create diamonds out of thin air by compressing the carbon in the atmosphere with its hands. It uses these jewels in battle to attack enemies and protect itself.

The Pokémon Company has announced the upcoming arrival of the Pokémon Trading Card Game: XY expansion, which will be available in stores starting February 5th. A price of $3.99 for 10-card booster packs is confirmed for North America. You can already pre-order the Pokemon TCG XY boosters on Amazon.

Unlike the previous Kalos Starter booster pack released on November 8, 2013 that had 39 cards, this expansion will include over 140 new cards and new rules to incorporate features such as Mega Evolution.
