The White Room: DarkestLight vs Mike Mysterio (Ref: Grey!)

I'm gonna try this arena out. It should be my new gym arena if it works out wonderfully:

THE WHITE ROOM
a large square room with no doors or windows. how you've gotten there is a
mystery, and how you'll leave is worrysome. the walls, floor, and ceiling are all bare and
white, except for one large orb-like device in the center of the ceiling. every three rounds,
the orb will change it's color to either green, black, pink, blue, yellow, or red. the walls of
the arena will match the orb the following round, causing unusual effects:

green - "venom"
each pokemon will feel their lifeforce drain: 1% per action (3% per round).

black - "blind"
each pokemon will be temporarily blinded: accuracy will be reduced by 50%.

pink - "regen"
each pokemon will feel their lifeforce recover: +1% per action (+3% per round).

blue - "energy"
each pokemon will feel completely revitalized: energy costs will be reduced by 50%.

yellow - "agility"
each pokemon will act with increased reaction time: speed will be increased by 1.

red - "wrath"
each pokemon will act more hastily, without thinking most of the time: pokemon
can only attack directly; attack power will be increased by 1; energy costs will be increased by 50%

during the battle, however, each pokemon will be induced with an auto-safeguard. the
only status ailments that can be afflicted to each pokemon will be the ones caused by the
white room. the white room will change in color every three rounds, using a random
number generator to decide what color the room will turn into. the room cannot be the
same color twice in a row, however. there is no water in the white room, however. all
pokemon battling must be able to survive on dry land.

This battle will be a single battle -- 2-on-2. Both trainers will PM their first pokemon to me, then I'll decide who attacks first using the aforementioned RNG. Have fun, kids.

ROUND ONE!
Both trainers open their eyes to realize their surroundings: a dull, white empty space with nothing but an oversized disco ball to entertain them. DarkestLight, the leader of ASB, hates disco (but oddly enough, loves funk), and decides to throw down with the nearest person to him -- Mike Mysterio. Mysterio, feeling the desire to defend his disco dance, agrees. Each trainer tosses out a poke ball, releasing a large, green frog-tree thing and a maroon-colored happy monkey with a firery tail.

Mihn T. looks at his(?) trainer bashfully, but senses the confidence in him and stays calm. But not for too long, unfortunately, as Goku wastes no time in attacking. Mihn T. remains planted (HAH!) on the ground floor with his eyes closed, as the monferno crashes into her with swift agility (-9% Mihn T. / -4% Goku). Mihn T. continues to bide her time.

Mihn's body aches, but she remains calm as Goku comes at her with the force of two more attacks. The monferno quickly leaps high into the air with his fist now enveloped in a hot flame. He gleefully slams said shimmering shot into her torso once more for very heavy damage (-9% + -10% Mihn T. / -4% + -4% Goku). Without so much as a sigh or a wince, Mihn T. manages to catch Goku off guard with her vines. With them carefully wrapped around the fire chimp's frame, she lifts him up, then slams him down into the ground for incredible damage (35% Goku / 15% Mihn T.).

Goku feels distraught, and somewhat dizzy. Mihn T. takes this opportunity to stick him! Four leacerous seeds are spit out of the ivysaur's flower, but only two of them manage to stick (-4% Mihn T. / Goku Seeded). Goku wildly protests as the leech seeds slowly sap away his health (-2% Goku / +2% Mihn T.).

The round nears ends, and suddenly, the large orb begins to react. It spins and it spins for just a few moments before completely turning blue. Suddenly, both pokemon immediately feel a sense of revival as the walls, ceiling, and floor match the color of the orb.

ROUND TWO!
Goku beings the round by firing off a barrage of sudden stars. With ease, they all bash into the ivysaur (-4% Mihn T.). While there is no dirt or mud on the ground for Mihn to utilize, he improvises -- shaking his body for a few seconds while the soil below his flower falls to the ground. Without much warning, the ivysaur kicks upward into the soil, damaging the fire monkey weakly (-4% Goku / -Acc Goku).

Goku rubs his eyes, but his vision is still blurry. Mihn T. doesn't give him much of an opening, however, and shoots off a glob of venomous waste that sails through the air, making a soggy clapping sound as it crashes into the monferno (-9% Goku / -2% Mihn T.). Goku angrily retalliates by shooting off a chain of fire that easily scorches the quad-pedal pokemon (-18% Mihn T. / -3% Goku).

But Goku's not finished, no-no. He leaps into the air with his right arm outstretched. As he sails through the air of the blue-colored room, his fist collects an enormous amount of wind-energy. Crash!, he beams the ivysaur (-9% Mihn T. / -2% Goku). Mihn retalliates, kicking up another clump of soil at his foe. The soil hits slightly stronger, due to Goku's location (-5% Goku / -Acc Goku / +2% Mihn T. / -2% Goku).

ROUND THREE!
Goku wastes no time this round -- curling up in a ball, he slowly charges at his foe, collecting several dust particles in the floor as he does so. Meanwhile, Mihn T. closes her eyes and concentrates, creating several images that look nearly identical to himself (-5% Mihn T. / +Eva Mihn T.). Unable to distinguish between the six total ivysaur images, Goku blindly crashes into a clone; it vanishes instantly (-2% Goku / -Eva Mihn T.).

Feeling disheartened, Goku turns around and closes in on another clone -- this time using fire as well. In an instant, the monferno becomes a wheel of fire that charges toward two ivysaur, destroying them both easily (-2% + -2% Goku / -Eva Mihn T.). Feeling proud, Mihn concentrates further, feeling his strength increase exponentially (-4% Mihn T. / +Atk Mihn T.). With his newfound sense of attack, Mihn T. charges at the, now very dizzy, Goku and crashes into him. The force of the attack manages to throw both pokemon into the wall very harshly (-14% Goku / -4% Mihn T. / -5% Mihn T. / -2% Goku / +2% Mihn T.).

ROUND FOUR!
Goku stares at the three identical grass pokemon that stand before him. Unsure which is the real one and which two aren't, he swiftly fires off six volleys of stars -- two for each. Both clones are immediately dispersed, and the remaining ivysaur cries slightly (-2% Mihn T. / -Eva Mihn T.). Slightly disheartened, Mihn retalliates by firing off a dirty collection of gunk from within. The bomb of poisonous sludge collides with Goku easily (-9% Goku / -3% Mihn T.).

The venomous sludge slides down the monkey's slender torso as his eyes glow a passionate red color. After a few seconds, Goku cries out, releasing a terrible torrent of terrible fire that engulfs the tiny frog-like pokemon heavily (-28% Mihn T. / -6% Goku / -SAt Goku). Feeling weak, Goku doesn't give much of a fight when the angry ivysaur collides into him harshly (-14% Goku / -4% Mihn T. / -5% Mihn T.).

Both pokemon, now melded to the wall, slowly put themselves back together. Mihn, having received the lesser end of the blow, acts first, shooting off another venomous blast from within her body (-6% Goku / -3% Mihn T.). Goku is unable to pick himself back up after that hit, and slumps to the ground, defeated. The leech seeds that've been sapping away at his health fall out of his fur before hitting the ground.

The defeated monferno is recalled, and Mike Mysterio needs to select his next pokemon. But before he can do so, the orb-like object on the ceiling flashes a brilliant yellow color. The walls and floor and ceiling all turn yellow to match the orb, and Mihn T. feels her movements become a lot more fluid, but her energy returns to normal.

Before he can even emerge fully from the poke ball, Abe is greeted by a brilliant flash of light that damages his vision (-3% Mihn T. / -Acc Abe). Abe rubs his eyes for a moment in futility before opening his mouth and blowing out an icy-cold brush of wind that chills the weakened grass-type (-10% Mihn T. / -5% Abe / -Spd Mihn T.).

With Mihn T. now moving at normal speed, Abe takes a violent swing at him with his icy right fist. SMASH!, the right hook plows into the ivysaur (-11% Mihn T. / -7% Abe). Mihn T. falls, defeated. Abe is nothing but relieved, since he's not all too sure just how he was expected to throw rocks on his foe if there weren't any rocks about to do so.

Darkly recalls his fallen pokemon, and wonders who he should use next.

Abe wates patiently as his next opponent emerges from the red-and-white colored poke ball. A large dusclops, Atripe, emerges from the white light and immediately charges at the smaller pokemon with ease. His body becoming solid as he charges, Atripe collides with the fighting frog (-8% Abe / -6% Atripe). Abe's muscles become heavier, but he throws his right fist into the ghost pokemon, which as been fueled by revenge and dark energy (-15% Atripe / -7% Abe).

Atripe recoils heavily from the blow, but remains poised as he wraps his large arms around the tinier pokemon. Abe doesn't squirm, however, as he is lifted high into the air via levitation. Atripe, upon reaching the top of the room, slams his adversary to the ground (-7% Abe / -6% Atripe). Abe pulls himself back together and retalliates in the same manner as the previous attack (-15% Atripe / -7% Abe).

Once more, Atripe recoils. He quickly gets back to his feet, however, and stares into the croagunk's eyes for a few moments, sinking into the mind of the frog pokemon (-2% Atripe), but fails to cause any harm due to the room's protective spell. Abe laughs, then reels his fists back for a moment as he charges up a ball of stagnant energy. The ball gets bigger and bigger until he throws it over toward the ghost pokemon. Atripe shudders painfully as the orb of death crashes into him for heavy damage (-16% Atripe / -8% Abe).

Abe begins the round by clasping his hands together to shoot off a heavy wave of dark energy that collides harshly with the ghost pokemon (-16% Atripe / -7% Abe). But Atripe pulls himself back together easily before locking onto the frog pokemon's mind, terrorizing it from within (-18% Abe / -8% Atripe).

Abe's head aches from the tremble that was Atripe's mind rape, and slowly picks himself up off the ground. He swiftly disappears from the field for just a second before reappearing behind the ghost pokemon and bashing him with more dark energy (-12% Atripe / -5% Abe). At this point, Atripe snaps his fingers and is surrounded by five more of himself (-10% Atripe / +Eva Atripe).

Abe curiously throws his icy fist into one of the six dusclops', and manages to get very lucky (-7% Atripe / -6% Abe / -Eva Atripe). Atripe's concentration wanes, and the several clones that he *just* created vanish in an instant. Atripe, annoyed, merely closes his solitaire eye and focuses. Suddenly, he becomes fueled by a the lifeforce that once belonged to Abe at a heavy energy cost (-24% Abe / +24% Atripe / -15% Atripe).

The seventh round completed, both pokemon eagerly watch as the blue orb flashes bright before turning a pinkish hue. Both pokemon slowly feel their lifeforce return to them.

Atripe prepares himself for another mental attack, but haults immediately once he sees whats up Abe's sleeve. As the ball of death and despair grows larger and larger, Atripe snaps his fingers and erects a protective barrier that envelopes his exterior (-8% Atripe). Feeling safe, Atripe laughs to himself as the shadow ball collides with the barrier, exploding on impact (-8% Abe / +1% Atripe / +1% Atripe).

Feeling pretty good about himself, Atripe lifts up his right leg for a few seconds before heavily stamping it onto the ground. The effect of his food shoots a shockwave of earth energy rippling through the ground, shaking up the frog pokemon very easily (-20% Abe / -9% Atripe / +1% Atripe). When he feels himself able to move again, Abe retalliates with a devastating dark attack (-15% Atripe / -7% Abe / +1% Abe).

Atripe reels back from the hit, but pulls himself back together rather quickly, melding his mind with that of Abe's. Abe struggles for a few moments with Atripe's mental ache (-18% Abe / -8% Atripe / +1% Atripe), before hitting the ghost pokemon with the same dark technique (-15% Atripe / -7% Abe / +1% Abe).
