A new Japanese trailer has been released for the next Pokemon XY movie, Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction. Mega Absol and Mega Scizor make an appearance in the beginning. We also see Yveltal awaken and then Xerneas jumping in to face off against Yveltal. Finally, the camera zooms in on Diancie sitting with its eyes closed atop a massive gem until it finally opens its eyes at the end.

Starting Saturday March 1, Netflix subscribers will be able to access two seasons of Pokémon. The very first season that started it all will be available to stream instantly: Pokémon: Indigo League. Watch Ash start out on his Pokemon journey with Pikachu and friends. Next you can watch Ash and Pikachu’s adventures through the Unova region in the Pokémon: Black & White season.

Pokémon fans can also catch Ash, Pikachu, and their friends in the dual movies Pokémon the Movie: Black — Victini and Reshiram and Pokémon the Movie: White — Victini and Zekrom. Watch as Ash must prove himself a hero to earn the help of the Legendary Reshiram — or Zekrom — to rescue the Mythical Pokémon Victini and save Eindoak Town. Two Legendary Pokémon…and two exciting versions of the story!

More scans have leaked for the next issue of Coro Coro Magazine. This time it reveals that #719 Diancie has the ability Clear Body, learns Hyper Beam and Explosion, and the tag line for the new Pokemon X and Y movie, “Cocoon of Destruction & Diancie” translates to “A grand adventure with the princess of the Diamond Mine Country.”

There also is a special Mega Charizard promotion happening in next month’s issue. Similarly like the Mega Garchomp promotion they ran a few months back, each issue will have a unique serial code that will allow you to receive a Charizard with a Charizardite stone opposite of your game’s version. So those with Pokemon X can get Mega Charizard Y and Pokemon Y players will get Mega Charizard X. Continue reading →

Pokemon Coming To Hulu In The U.S. Pokemon on Hulu

Pokemon Co. International and Hulu have joined forces to bring Pokemon episodes and movies to Hulu’s Free and Paid service.

To start out, U.S. residents will be able to watch the Pokemon: Origins special and the first five episodes of season 10, the Diamond & Pearl story arc. The first two episodes of Pokémon the Series: XY will show up on Hulu Free soon.

Hulu Plus subscribers will get access to even more content. Currently all 51 episodes of season 10 are on Hulu Plus. Seasons 11-13 will be coming soon along with the feature-length animated movie, “Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai.”

Upcoming Pokemon content on Hulu Plus will include three other movies — “Pokémon: Giratina & the Sky Warrior,” “Pokémon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life” and “Pokémon—Zoroark: Master of Illusions.”
