...I don't know if I'm the best to ask a tutorial from, but I guess I can do it. The best thing is to draw out what you want first, then do a pixel over. This method is easy if you have a tablet.

Also, I drew this. I think the human conscience is actually the paperclip from old versions of MS Office.
