WOW, great stuff! My favorites so far (having looked through just a portion of the original 150) are Porygon and Lapras. VERY well done.
This guy/girl's drawings of Pokemon using attacks is the pinnacle of digital media perfection.
...I don't have much more to say besides my favorite one is Magneton using discharge. I also like how he made Dugtrio using Earthquake. I doubt I could've thought of that one...

I've seen his stuff around, and holy CRAP is it amazing! My favourite has gotta be this one though, I mean, COME ON:
I'm jealous, wish I could draw like this artist.
Eventhough I have a home-made Dialga pullover
Don't wish. Wishing is for wells and religious zealots. It won't get you any results.
Can't draw as well as that? LEARN. A man chooses what he can and can't do. And you can draw. You've shown me that with your sprites - your talent has hidden depths that we never knew about. Tap into that underlying ability. Teach yourself how to overcome your weaknesses (Proportion, color theory, shading, and cleanliness are the main ones I've seen from your MSPaint banners.), and then apply what you've learned in practice. You'll see a definite improvement.
So, get started already! You already have everything you need to draw. All that's left to do now is to do it better! And then once you do it, draw something else better than THAT. Never settle for just "good enough." Always strive to do better. Push yourself to your limits, and then SMASH THROUGH THEM.
Thanks Blade! Printing your reply as I post.
