...and a male Qwilfish from Ayeun here (The Tree as well) and called him Kulakul...

...and finally a Magnemite from Blademaster here (meaning The Tree) and named it Saapas.

We don't necessarily follow the line of Ability evolution. If a Pokemon evolves and has a choice of two, the trainer has the right to choose which one it gets. So DCM can have a Numel with Solid Rock.

So let me get this straight...

If I have a Pokemon who, along with its evolved form can have one of two abilities, does this mean that ability can be changed upon evolution, even if the two Pokemon have the same abilities (e.g. Insomnia and Swarm)?

Either way, I'm evolving my Spinarak, he got experience here, and I paid here.
