Frankly that's abuse, and it shouldn't be tolerated. Those are the kind of tactics you'd hear secret police using in dictatorships and not in what purports itself to be 'The Free World'. So yes, I am unaware of how police interrogations work in the United States worked, but I didn't realise that what you call 'police', we in the UK call fascism. Sounds like the problem isn't in the Bill itself but your police system.
