    Name: MeLoVeGhOsTs (MLG is simpler)

    Character Name: Matt L. Gŕrza

    Occupation: Barkeeper.

    Referee: Head Referee.

    Ex-gymleader:

    *Arena:
    Mineral desert
Sand as far as the eye can see. There is one big rock pillar in the middle, shaped like an obelisk. Various strange symbols are drawn in the sand, but seem to dissapear now and then. There's a four turn Sandstorm, then two turns without. Weather-moves are only usable in the two turns that the sandstorm is subdued. As soon as the two turns are over, the sandstorm is back. Earthquake is pretty ineffective due to all the sand; and the drought slightly lessens the power of water-pokemon or water-moves.

    *Badge: Solid Stone
A silverwhite round stone with a sharp edge, ingraved with the letters MLG. According to rumors the badge is a combination of his former badge and that of his master. It consists only of pure minerals.

    *Gym-record: 10 Win | 1 Loss | 0 Draw

*Collected badges: The Sharp Edge Stone

    *Arena
    Mineral Cage
Mineral Desert is still our battlezone, yet this time a more specific part of the desert. As we approach our destination a more vicious sandstorm gets noticeable. Towering in the distance is a familiar object: an obelisk. A giant obelisk to be precise, huge steel archs sprouting from its top touch the ground while rocky barriers cross the arches horizontally, forming a round desert cage about 100m across. This is the battlefield.

Unlike before, this strange, but harsh sandstorm never subsides and permanently rushes through the cage. The mysteries of this place are known to only a select few, but I shall tell you this to make it fair:

This powerful sandstorm has all aspects of a normal sandstorm and a few extras. It's possible to use it for personal gain, but it holds dangers as well. First off, pure ground pokemon get an Auto-Sand Veil, pure steel pokemon get Auto-Sand Force and pure rock pokemon get Auto-Sand Rush as added powers. These abilities don't replace the original ones, but can be seen as extra hidden abilities awoken by the mineral energy. They last until the pokemon faints and can’t be nullified by Gastro Acid.

Every four rounds there's a chance that one of the following three events takes place inside the cage: a sand drizzle will fall, providing -3 acc drops for non-desert pokemon for two rounds (Overcoat, Sand Veil and Sand Rush users are protected aswell); four floating obelisks appear around one random pokemon acting as a protect-shield for one round (pokemon can still attack); or one random pokemon gets a Shadow Sand Clone (substitute worth 10HP).

    *E4-record: 0 Win | 0 Loss | 1 Draw
